Absolutely! We will modify and customize your selected design with your company information, logo, as well your company's photography, and any accompanying text descriptions.

Your website information can be submitted after the sign up and purchase process. There is a dedicated content upload section that allows you to easily upload all documents and related project materials directly from your computer's hard drive. There are also available text fields that you may use to type and enter information directly for inclusion on your website.

The information you will need to submit basically consists of any information that you would like to include on your company's website. The information should include the main and primary sections that you would find on most company websites such as the company history, about us, hours of operations, services, contact information, etc.

The preferred format for all content submission is Microsoft Word. Other acceptable formats include rtf and txt formats. For all graphics including logos, the preferred formats are: jpeg, gif, pdf, psd, eps, and ai formats. There will also be a text comment box available for you to add any special instructions or notes for our developers with regards to building your website. This includes any preferred changes to the navigational tabs or website wording, etc.

No Problem. You have several options available. You may use our own staff content copy writing services for an additional one-time fee. A complete list of add-ons will be made available once you've added your selected design to the cart. You may also choose to develop your own website's content as well as selecting the use of a third party writing service. The choice is entirely up to you. You may still secure and purchase your website design even without content if you so choose. We will upload your website files onto a private server within the normally 3 to 4 day project timeframe. You will then have up to 30 days to upload your website's content. We will add your content to the website free of charge during this period. Once you've uploaded your content, we'll simply add it to your website and make it live immediately. All you have to do is login and upload your information. It's that simple!

No problem. We have several predesigned logos available that you may choose from. We will customize the logo with your company's name and colors. Click here to view our available logos. WebSpace Lite includes basic stock photography in all of our website packages. This means that all photographs that appear in your selected website design may be used in your actual design. You may also purchase additional photographs for your website from our affiliates www.istockphoto.com, www.fotolia.com, and www.dreamstime.com.

You may select either option with most of our standard websites. Other types of websites such as our ecommerce and CMS websites may include just a Flash animated header in which you also have the option to choose. You will see the appropriate icons below associated with each website that carries animation options when selecting your design.

Yes. Any of these features and many more may be added to any of our website packages. Once you've selected an item, a complete list of all available additional service options will be displayed.

Simply browse our design section and select the right fit and design for your company. Click here to begin browsing. You will receive unlimited access to thousands of our pre-designed/developed websites, blogs, and logos. There is an advanced sort feature that allows you to organize the available websites by categories or particular industries. There is also a key word search function as well.

You may use the favorites feature to create a list of the designs that interest you. Simply click the star located directly beneath the thumbnail view of the website that you are interested in. When you continue, you will see a full page view of all your favorites.

Website hosting from WebSpace Lite^TM costs $8.95 per month. Your first month of hosting is always free of charge. The monthly billing will begin 30 days after your website goes live, and will be recurring every 30 days thereafter.

Yes. There is a 7 day review period beginning at the time of project completion to review your website's content, functionality and aesthetics. During this time, minor changes and revisions will be allowed.

WebSpace Lite^TM offers several website updating and maintenance options for those who will need their website's content updated. We have one-time updating options available as well as ongoing monthly updating plans. Whether or not you will need any of these options depend upon your updating needs. None of the options are mandatory. The pricing varies and will depend upon the type and frequency of the changes needed. Please also see Question 21.

Yes, we guarantee all of our websites indefinitely. We will fix or replace your current website with a new website of equal or lesser value if your website fails due to any reason as a result of our programming or faulty coding.

Once the online purchase process is completed, you will receive an email that will contain your user account information, your project manager contact information, and a detailed receipt of your purchases and services. There will also be information pertaining to your project such as completion date and related details. Your project manager as well as our general customer service team are available daily from 9 am to 9 pm EST. Monday-Friday. No problem. WebSpace Lite^TM offers many website packages that include a built-in Content Management System (CMS). A CMS is a powerful system that enables you manage, edit, and publish new content on your website yourself. All of our ecommerce websites include a CMS along with many of our non-ecommerce websites. If you're interested in obtaining a non-ecommerce website that has this technology included, select "CMS Website" or "Standard Website" when selecting your design, and look for the icon below to identify the websites that include a CMS. All Blogs and Forums include a CMS as well.
